What the site provides

The site publishes free guides and tutorials about hand embroidery for general information and personal enjoyment. We work to keep the instructions clear and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every guide is free of errors or that you will get a particular result by following it.

Hand embroidery is low-risk, but every project on the site uses needles and small scissors, and some mention pins, marking pens and a hot iron. Use tools with care and follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Children should be supervised by an adult, particularly for any step involving needles, cutting tools or an iron, and needles, pins and thread ends should be kept away from young children and pets. You are responsible for deciding whether a project is suitable for you or for a child in your care.

Using our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, illustrations and design of the site belong to Ninja da Grana. You are welcome to:

The embroidery stitches described on the site are traditional techniques with no known author, and anyone is free to use them. Our rights relate to our own written instructions, designs and illustrations, not to the traditional stitches themselves. You are welcome to stitch the designs for yourself or as gifts.
